Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the ENAXMART virtual try-on studio, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for a business, you accept these terms on that business's behalf.

The service

ENAXMART is a virtual try-on studio for jewelry. It renders pieces onto a customer's photo, recommends sizing from a photo or an entered measurement, and suggests complementary pieces from a retailer's own catalog. It runs online and, where enabled, on in-store devices.

Accounts and access

When you sign up, workspace login details are issued to you by email rather than chosen on the website. You are responsible for keeping those credentials secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes connected to selling and merchandising jewelry.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or images of a person without the consent needed to render a try-on.
• Do not use the service to process images of children.

Customer images and end-customer data

Where you use the service with your own customers, you are responsible for your relationship with them - including telling them how a try-on works and obtaining any consent required to capture and use their photo. The service is built to keep customer images only briefly; you should not rely on it as a store of customer photographs.

Catalog content and ownership

Your catalog - your images, piece details and prices - remains yours. You grant permission to process that content solely to operate the service for you, such as rendering pieces and generating complementary suggestions. The studio itself, including its rendering and sizing technology, remains ours.

Plans, pilots and billing

Plans are offered as described on the pricing page, billed per store or under a custom agreement for larger networks. Pilots may be offered so you can evaluate the service before committing. Fees, scope and term are set out when you sign up or agree a pilot.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided on an ongoing basis and may change as it improves. We may add, adjust or retire features, and will aim to avoid disrupting active use where we reasonably can.

Sizing recommendations

Sizing is a recommendation, not a guarantee. It is strongest for rings and offered as a guided suggestion for chains and wrists, best confirmed against a known measurement. A confirmed size should be checked before a piece is manufactured or altered; we are not responsible for a fit outcome based on an unconfirmed estimate.

Disclaimers and liability

The service and its renders are provided on an "as is" basis. A render is a close, faithful preview, not a photograph of the final piece. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability connected with the service is limited to the fees paid for it in the period giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached in a way that harms the service or other users. On termination, the rights granted here end, subject to any terms that by their nature should continue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes connected with them are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
